Who we are

MLIB FIT is a fitness coaching app provided by Meir Technologies. Your coach is Wilhelm Meir, who reviews your questionnaire and approves your training plan before you train.

What we collect

Account information: your email address, display name, and, if you sign in with Google, the name and email address Google shares with us. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or any other Google service.

Health and training information you provide: your qualification questionnaire (including PAR-Q answers, injuries, medications, and pregnancy status), training goals, equipment, preferences, programs, logged sessions and sets, body measurements, check-in photos, and notes you write to your coach.

Coach communications: messages and notes exchanged with your coach in the app.

Payment information: if you pay for a plan, payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card number.

How we use it

To provide coaching: your questionnaire is used to draft a training plan, which your coach reviews and approves before it reaches you. Flagged health answers require doctor clearance before training starts.

To run the app: to keep you signed in, save your training history, show your progress, and send you coach notes and account emails.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

AI processing

Program drafts and coach chat replies are generated with an AI provider (OpenRouter). Only the information needed for the draft or reply is sent to that provider. No plan is activated without your coach approving it first.

Who else sees it

Your coach (Wilhelm Meir) sees your training and health information so he can coach you.

Service providers who run parts of the app on our behalf: our hosting provider, our email provider, our payment provider, and Google, only for sign-in. They process your information only to provide their service to us.

We share information with anyone else only if required by law, or with your permission.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Sessions are signed tokens that expire. Access to your account requires your password or your Google account.

No system is perfectly secure. Keep your password and your Google account private, and tell us at wilhelmmeir@gmail.com if you think your account was accessed without your permission.

Your choices and deletion

You can correct your training information in the app. To get a copy of your data, or to ask us to delete your account and personal information, email wilhelmmeir@gmail.com from the email address on your account. We will confirm before deleting, because deletion removes your training history and cannot be undone.

Children

MLIB FIT is intended for adults. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how we use your information, we will post the new version here and update the date below.
