The service

MLIB FIT is a fitness coaching app provided by Meir Technologies. You work with Wilhelm Meir as your coach, assisted by AI that drafts training plans for his review and approval. Nothing in the app is a substitute for medical advice.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password and Google account private, and tell us at wilhelmmeir@gmail.com if you think your account was accessed without your permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may sign in with an email and password, or with Google. If you sign in with Google using the same email as an existing account, the two are linked to that one account.

Health information and safety

You must answer the qualification questionnaire honestly, including PAR-Q health questions, injuries, and medications. If any answer is flagged, your plan is not activated until your coach reviews it and, where required, doctor clearance is confirmed.

Stop training and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain, or anything that feels wrong. Do not train through a flagged health issue without clearance. You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for using correct form and appropriate loads.

Plans and coaching

Training plans are drafted by AI and approved by your coach before you train. Plans may be adjusted as your coach reviews your progress. Results are not guaranteed: progress depends on your training, recovery, nutrition, and health.

Tester accounts are free and are provided for testing the app. Paid plans, if offered, are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. You may cancel a paid plan; cancellation stops future billing and does not refund a period already started, unless we say otherwise at checkout.

Session packs

Session packs bought on or after October 31, 2026 expire 90 days after the payment date. Sessions left unused after that date are lost and are not refunded, unless your coach extends the pack. Your coach may extend a pack by 90 days, including after it has expired, in which case the sessions that expired are put back.

Packs bought before October 31, 2026 do not expire under this rule. Recurring pack subscriptions are not fixed packs and do not expire this way: they are billed every 2 weeks, and stopping the subscription stops future sessions from being added.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, try to access other users’ accounts or data, upload harmful content, or use the app to break the law. We may suspend or close an account that does so.

Our content

The app, its exercise library, and its training programs are provided by Meir Technologies. You may use them for your own training. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute them.

Availability and liability

The app is provided as-is. We aim to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Meir Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury resulting from training against your coach’s advice or without required medical clearance.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change affects your use of the app in an important way, we will post the new version here and update the date below. Questions: wilhelmmeir@gmail.com.
